History of Writing Awards Program
The 2007 - 2008 winners and their essays are available!
Every year, 5th and 8th grade students from across the state participate in the Lieutenant Governor's Writing Awards Program. Last year, over 100,000 students participated.
School district superintendents, private school headmasters and home school organizations can find the forms they need below. They are all small file sizes and in .pdf forms except for the spreadsheet, which is an Excel file. If you do not have a pdf reader, there is a link at the bottom of the page to get the Acrobat PDF Reader.
