Joseph H. Washington
Joseph Washington was born on May 3, 1911 in Nesmith, South Carolina. Sheila Washington-Davis, Mr. Washington's granddaugter, and his family feel very blessed that their granddad is 100 yrs old and that he has shared many memories and times with his family. He has seen his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren grow up to be productive citizens. He is a praying man and has taught his family the meaning of hard work and perseverance. Mr. Washinton's family will celebrate his birthday with family and friends on May 14, 2011 @ the J.J Mitchum Center in Hemingway, SC.
